A hosted reception at a special Friday evening debut exhibit of Ventura Skies at Malinowski & Todd. The Ventura artist will be available to discuss her latest in an impressive collection of locally inspired work. Elain Thompson and her work has come to represent the relaxed, simple, and understated brilliance of Ventura itself, evidenced earlier this year with the selection of her work Father Serra’s Perspective to represent the State of the City Address. The exhibit opens Friday, April 24 6 – 10 p.m. with hors d'oeuvres reception, also showing with Ventura Art Walk: Saturday April 25 1-7 p.m., and Sunday April 26 1-5 p.m.
